Q1. What did you want to be growing up?

Q2. Who is Jesse Golden?
A mother, yoga teacher, holistic health practitioner, model and woman thriving rheumatoid arthritis.
Q3. To me, you are the definition of beauty inside and out, what is your secret?
Thank you!
Being true to yourself. I truly believe that beauty is an inside job and it’s an energy that you radiate. No matter your outside appearance, being genuine, authentic, empathetic is beautiful. It’s how you make other people feel about them self then they reflect that beauty back upon you.
Q4. What is one of you most treasured accomplishments?
Number one is being a single mother. It is definitely the most rewarding and passionate accomplishment of my life. Number two would be choosing to thrive with rheumatoid arthritis.
Q5. Tell me about The Golden Secrets?
The Golden Secrets originated as a blog. When I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis I went through a very challenging time, times when I wasn’t able to walk. When I healed myself naturally and was able to start practicing yoga and do things that I thought I would never be able to do again, I shared my story. I couldn’t keep up with the influx of emails and messages I received so I started a blog called The Golden Secrets. Now The Golden Secrets has become an entire product line of all my secret handmade plant botanicals blends for beauty and Optimal wellness.
Q6. Please share with our tribe of Women, one piece of advice that you have received which has helped you throughout your journey?
If you don’t want to do it means you need to do it.
